Kive’s Chrome Extension is among our most utilized tools, designed to help you save content from virtually any source on the web directly into your chosen workspace in Kive.

Installation

To begin using the Kive Chrome Extension, you first need to install it. Click here to install.

Follow the instructions on the page and make sure to:
1. Pin the extension to the browser for easy access

2. Click the Kive icon in the upper right corner and log in to your Kive account.

3. Select the workspace you wanna save the items to.

Once installed, a purple “save” icon will appear in the top left corner of images that you hover over with your mouse when browsing the web.

Saving single items

To save any selected item:

  1. Click the “Save” button on any image you would like to save.

  2. Once successfully saved, a green checkmark will confirm the addition to your workspace.

Saving multiple items at once

Once the extension is pinned to your browser you can save multiple items at once.

  1. Click on the Kive icon located in the top right corner of your browser.

  2. Decide on the workspace where you want to save your items.

  3. Hit the "Select items" button and a grid view opens up, revealing selectable items.

  4. Choose the desired items by clicking on them individually or click the "Select all" button at the bottom of your browser.

  5. After making your selection, hit "Save to Kive".

Saved items will be added to your library in Kive and can be found at the top of your library.

  • Do you have a Safari extension?

    • Currently, our 'Save to Kive' extension is exclusively designed for Chrome However, if you're interested in an extension for another browser, please feel free to drop us a message. We're always keen to hear about ways we can improve your experience!
