You can delete your Kive workspace by navigating the Workspace Settings page. However, deleting a workspace does not delete your user account. By deleting a workspace, you can still access Kive and create a new workspace later.
Once deleted, your workspace can’t be recovered.
All uploads, saved items, and boards will also be permanently deleted.
Deleting a workspace
From the top corner of the homepage, click the arrow next to your workspace name to open the drop-down and scroll down to Settings.
On the Workspace setting tab, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Workspace.
Confirm by entering the security code displayed and clicking Delete to finish.
Deleting your account
Although we're sad to see you go, we want to ensure a smooth process for you! To delete your Kive account, please follow these simple steps:
Locate your name in the upper left corner of the screen and click on it.
Scroll down to Settings.
Here, you will see a section called Danger zone. By clicking on Delete account your account and all its content will be permanently deleted.
Remember this action cannot be undone, so be sure of your decision before proceeding with the account deletion process.
