Kive offers two types of credits: Invitation credits and Generative AI credits. This article will explain how to utilize and acquire these two forms of credits.

Generative AI Credits

Generative AI credits are specifically allocated to facilitate the usage of our innovative AI tools such as Generate image and Upscaling image resolution. Your AI credits are renewed each month, however, they are not renewed after your 7 day free trial.

Understanding Credit Value

The value of each credit is determined as follows:

  • Generating Images

    • Pricing is calculated based on the number of steps involved and the count of each image generated.

  • Upscaling Images

    • This function utilizes one credit per upscale.

Purchasing additional credits

  • When you open a tool that utilizes AI credits, your current credit balance is shown in the top right corner of the screen.

  • To purchase additional credits, click on the credits icon and select the number of credits you wish to purchase.

  • To confirm your purchase, click on "Change limit". Your account will be charged immediately.

Invitation Credits

Here at Kive, we believe in the power of collaboration and networking. That's why we reward both you and your invitee with $20 in Kive credits when you invite someone to join Kive and they create an account. You can earn up to $200 in credit, which can be applied to any of our paid plans.

Applying Invitation Credits

If you have any available credits, they will be automatically applied to your upcoming invoice. However, if you want to see your balance you can navigate to:

  1. Click “Settings” in the sider on the lefthand side of your workspace and go to the "Plans" section.

  2. Make sure you're on one of our paid plans or upgrade to your preferred plan.

  3. Click on the three dots to the right, next to the amount of your upcoming invoice.

  4. See your current credit balance and click "use $xx credits on next invoice" if credits are applicable.
