Empower your team with efficient collaboration using Kive's intuitive board-sharing feature. With it, you can effortlessly share your boards with team members or clients, even those who don't have a Kive account, making the process of giving and receiving feedback seamless.

Sharing a Board

To engage with your team or clients through board sharing, follow these steps:

  1. Open the board you want to share.

  2. Click on the "Share" button at the top to bring up the sharing panel.

  3. From the dropdown menu, choose the access level you want to provide to the recipients of the board.

  4. Click "Copy Link" and share it with your team or clients.
If your external collaborators would like to add comments, reactions, or upload items to the board, they can quickly sign up as a free Kive user to engage with the content. Please note that if your collaborators upload items to a board, these items will count towards your total item count in your library.

Note: When you share the main board, all its sub-boards will also be visible to the recipient. If you want to share a specific board, open it first and then follow the above steps.

Having issues with sharing a board? If you are on mobile using the app, please switch to the desktop version.

Privacy assurance

Your privacy is our priority. When you share a board, recipients will only see that specific board. Your remaining library remains private.
