Privacy is a top priority at Kive, which is why we ensure that all content you upload, save, or create on the platform is private by default.

Privacy basics

  • Library: Everything in your library is private by default and is only accessible to invited members of your workspace.

  • Discover: Everything in Discover is public to other users, but you actively need to make items or boards public for them to appear there.

  • Shared Boards: When you share a board, the recipient will only see the content of that specific project or board and will not have access to the rest of your library.

Changing privacy settings

If you need to change the privacy status of any item, you can simply revoke its public status at any time. Here's how to change the privacy settings for both items and boards.
