Each of our Kive plans comes with a designated quota of items. However, if you have reached the item limit on our plan with highest limit we offer the ability to purchase additional items according to your requirements.
Adding additional items
Navigate to the "Plan" page in your account settings.
Look for the "Purchase additional items" link and click on it.
A different set of additional items options will appear.
After determining the desired amount, confirm your selection by clicking "Change limit".
Your items will be instantly added to your account, and your billing method will be charged accordingly.
Note: Only users with admin privileges have the capacity to alter billing settings and buy additional items.
