Every item uploaded to Kive is automatically tagged by our smart AI, which recognizes a diverse range of elements from people, objects, and colors, to emotions, creating a comprehensive catalog for your inspiration library.

To enhance your Kive experience, we also offer manual tagging. This feature allows you to add specific tags to items, either before or after they're uploaded.

Adding tags in the upload stage

Here's how to add your own tags when you upload new items:

  1. Begin by starting the upload process for your items.

  2. Write the tag you want in the tag field and click 'Create' to attach them to your items.

  3. Click 'Upload' to add your newly-tagged items to your workspace.

Adding tags to existing Library items

You can also add tags to items already present in your library. Here's how:

  1. Bulk tagging: Use the multi-select function to choose items from your library and click the tag icon to add your tags in bulk.

  2. Single tagging: Open an individual item and click the tag icon on the right. This panel lets you view any existing tags, or you can click the '+' to add a new one.

After tagging your items, you can easily locate them using the text search function or by clicking on the custom tags at the top of your library.
