Underneath each item, the "More like this" feature presents a selection of items that share similarities with the one you're viewing.
Currently, the "More like this" suggestions are determined by the location from where you accessed the current item. For example, if you opened an item from 'Discover', the "More like this" section will exclusively suggest items from 'Discover'.
