Kive's capabilities have been broadened to incorporate video content within your library and the Discover section. This enables more efficient management of diverse media forms and a richer inspirational pool, all within a single platform.

Experience how video content elevates Kive through these example videos.

Uploading videos

To upload videos to Kive:

  • You can either drag and drop the video file, upload it directly from your device, or import it from Dropbox.

  • During the import process, Kive analyzes the different scenes within the video, making them fully searchable.

  • For convenience and easy categorization, you can also apply your tags during the upload process.

Please note that video uploading is exclusive to Business plan users.

💡Note: we accept individual files up to 75MB in size and they must be in MP4 format.

Searching videos

During the video import process, Kive tags different scenes within the video. This feature empowers you to conduct targeted searches for specific frames based on their contextual content.

Please see this article for a comprehensive guide on leveraging the search functionality.

Saving & downloading videos

To save or download videos:

  • Click the "Save to workspace" button in the top right corner to save a video from the Discover section.

  • Hit the "Download" button to save the video in its original format.

💡Note: Video saving is only available to Business plan users.

Video Access

Access to videos is based on your subscription plan:

  • Free & Pro plans: View only

  • Business & Team plans: Full access (view, save, and upload)
